We’re here to make your experience smooth, from browsing patterns to downloading your files.

1. About Pattern Earth

Pattern Earth is an online store for digital pattern designs.
You can purchase, download, and use our designs for personal or commercial purposes (depending on the license you choose).
Note: All products are digital downloads – no physical items will be shipped.

2. How to Purchase a Pattern

Browse our collection and choose a pattern you like.
Select the license type (Personal or Commercial, if available).
Click Add to Cart and proceed to checkout.
Complete payment securely through our payment gateway.

3. How to Download Your Files

After payment, you will see a Download Page with your purchased files.
You’ll also receive a confirmation email with a download link.
If you can’t find the email, check your spam/junk folder.

4. File Formats & Software

Our patterns may come in various formats like JPG, PNG, AI, PSD, SVG, EPS (see product description).
You may need software such as:

Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
CorelDRAW
Affinity Designer
Any image viewer (for JPG/PNG)

5. License & Usage

Personal License: For personal projects, not for resale.
Commercial License: For products you sell, within the limits stated.
Not Allowed: Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the original files.

6. Refund Policy

As our products are digital downloads, all sales are final.
Refunds are only given if there’s a technical issue with the file that we cannot fix.

7. Common Issues & Fixes

Problem: Download link not working
Solution: Clear your browser cache and try again, or contact support.

Problem: File won’t open
Solution: Check you have the correct software for the file format.

Problem: Lost files
Solution: Contact us with your order number – we can resend your download link (within a reasonable time).
